Privacy Policy
GutterPrice collects the information you submit to calculate a quote, schedule service, process payment, communicate about your booking, and document completed work. This may include property details, service address, name, email, phone number, appointment preferences, and selected service options.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. GutterPrice does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
Contractor applications
Contractor applicants may provide business and contact information, selected service ZIP codes, capabilities, availability, insurance status, and related notes. We use this information to evaluate marketplace fit and service coverage. Applicants should not send Social Security numbers, bank-account details, or tax-identification numbers through the application form. Approved applicants complete payout, identity, and tax onboarding on Stripe’s secure hosted pages.
Service providers
We may share the minimum booking information needed with payment, email, scheduling, analytics, and local service providers that support your requested service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Records may be retained for customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, and operational needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by replying to a booking email or emailing support@guttercleaningprice.com.
