Prepaid jobs, a visible payout, and a documented completion process

GutterPrice is a booking and service-management platform, not a lead list. The customer pays GutterPrice, and the work order shows the contractor's exact payout before acceptance. Founding Partners keep 75% of the pre-tax service subtotal. Founding Partner spots are limited. Your rate is confirmed during onboarding and is locked for as long as you remain an active partner. There is no signup fee, monthly network fee, or per-lead fee at launch.

Contractors remain independent businesses. They choose their service ZIP codes and availability, use their own crews and equipment, and may accept or decline offered work. Once accepted, the contractor is responsible for completing the stated scope, communicating through GutterPrice, protecting the customer relationship, and following the service, photo, safety, and cleanup standards in the signed provider agreement.

Completion proof

Upload exactly three before photos and five after photos. Submission sends the customer a private review request and starts the 48-hour review period.

Payout timing

An eligible payout is released after the 48-hour customer review period when the required proof is complete and no service issue is unresolved. Stripe sends funds to the connected contractor bank account.

Verification

Approved providers complete required business documents, insurance verification, agreement signatures, and Stripe-hosted identity, W-9, bank, and 1099 setup before activation.

Refund responsibility

A refund or chargeback caused by verified contractor performance may be recovered from the provider's balance or future payouts. GutterPrice documents the work order and reason in the contractor portal.

Core activation standard: at least $1 million in general liability insurance, safe equipment for the accepted property height, required licenses where applicable, a signed independent service-provider agreement, and completed Stripe payout enrollment.
